ABSOLUTELY NO PETS INSIDE THE HOUSE. We do allow furry friends inside our other studios but require an additional $50 pet fee.

Be respectful of our residential neighbors. Any disruptive behavior will result in the immediate termination of your rental agreement and no refund will be given. Be a kind and respectful person and you will have nothing to worry about. ;)

Max Capacity

8 is the max number of people that are permitted on the property at a single time. If this rule is not followed, it will result in the immediate termination of your rental agreement and no refund will be given.

Parking at DWELL:

You must park in our driveway or directly in front of our property. 4-5 vehicles will fit in drive and 2 vehicles will fit in front of the property on the street.

Access:

Upon completion of booking your studio time, you will receive an automated confirmation email with details on how to access the space. (Check your spam first, but if you still do not see the email, email us IMMEDIATELY at info@whitemoosestudios.com.)

Cancellations/Reschedules:

We allow unlimited reschedules as long as it is 3+ days prior to your scheduled time. You will use the reschedule link in your confirmation email to make those changes. We do not offer refunds under ANY circumstance.

Start/End Time:

You must allow for set/clean-up time during your reservation. The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time or you will be fined a reset or cleaning fee.

Full Rental Agreement:
